Good quality antique console table with a lovely shape & good carvings. The top & front frieze is burr maple, plus there is walnut crossbanding on the top edge. There is deep carving around the top edge & on the top & bottom of the legs. This table which dates to around the 1920's period is in good original condition & it has a lovely mellow colour.
Antique French style nicely shaped coffee table, with gilt metal mounts & top edge. The top surface is parquetry, with an inlaid cross banded border. The legs are nicely shaped too. I think the wood could be a combination of Walnut, Kingwood & Mahogany. This table is in good original condition & has plenty of character. I would say it dates to around the 1930-50's period.
Antique William 1V round mahogany dining table in good original condition. The top which is inlaid & crossbanded, has a wonderful original colour & patina. The base, which is original to the top, sits on a platform base with reeded feet & original brass casters. Please enlarge all the images to appreciate all the finer details that I haven't mentioned. The table top can be tilted up so that it can be located in a corner of a room, or can be dismantled for easy transportation. This magnificent table is original throughout. It's sturdy, full of character & would seat 4-6 people. It dates from the 1830-40's period.
Good quality yew wood nest of three tables in the antique Georgian style. They have just been polished & are in great condition. I would say they date from around the 1930-50's period. They have nicely turned legs with cross stretchers between giving them a great look & extra support.
