Antique French style nicely shaped coffee table, with gilt metal mounts & top edge. The top surface is parquetry, with an inlaid cross banded border. The legs are nicely shaped too. I think the wood could be a combination of Walnut, Kingwood & Mahogany. This table is in good original condition & has plenty of character. I would say it dates to around the 1930-50's period.
Beautifully shaped antique nest of four tables that sit beneath a larger one, so that it can be used as a coffee table & nest. It has lovely burr walnut veneers on the top & bottom surfaces, with pie crust edges. This set is great quality, with a lovely colour & in good original condition. I would say it dates to around the 1920-30's period.
Large antique mahogany coffee table with a shaped tray top in the 'Chippendale' style with boldly carved ball & claw legs. The top has been designed with four sections that are separated by borders. There are more carvings in the corners of the top & the top edges are beautifully scrolled over. This coffee table is wonderful quality & is in great condition. It does have some age, but it's very hard to say how much. Probably from around the 1920-30's
