This antique stool has a wonderful look & is the sort of thing I am always being asked for. I would say it's late Victorian & it has been re-covered more recently in deep buttoned burgundy brown leather. The under frame has some lovely carved out details on the edge, legs & shaped stretchers. It also has curved ends & is hand tacked. Please take a good enlarged look at all of the images to appreciate the quality of this stool.

Very elegant antique Regency mahogany window seat in good condition, with a lovely fabric on the seat. I believe it dates to around the 1810-20 period & it has a lot of character. I find these long stools very useful, because they sit well at the end of a bed or in many other places. The ends are solid mahogany, inlaid, with rope twist turned rails.
