This set of 12 antique mahogany dining chairs are in good original condition & sturdy, with the original leather drop in seats too. There are 10 plus 2 carvers & it's very rare to come across a set of this many chairs. They are antique Chippendale in style & date from the 1880-1890's period. They are well carved all over, with ball & claw feet. Please don't confuse these with all the reproductions that have swamped the market. This set is well over 100 years old. Pair of Antique French Carved Walnut Armchairs

Good quality pair of antique walnut framed French armchairs, with crisp carvings all over. The frames are in excellent condition & sturdy too. They do need re-upholstering, because the fabric is a bit marked & quite lumpy on the seats. Normally we re-upholster armchairs, but I think you should be able to see their potential because the fabric is neutral, so this way I can keep the price down & you will be able to put on the fabric of your choice. I would date them to around the 1890-1910 period, but they may in fact be older. Please enlarge all the images to appreciate the wonderful carving all aver.

Antique Georgian Style Leather & Mahogany Tub Armchair

This antique Georgian style leather & mahogany armchair is in lovely original condition, with loads of character. The leather has natural distressing, which has been enhanced with a professional polish & is in good condition throughout. The same goes for the mahogany frame. The brown leather is hand tacked & the cushion is buttoned. There is turned mahogany down the front & turned mahogany legs. This chair looks great from all angles & is structurally sound. It would work well as a desk chair or anywhere else in the home or office. I would say it dates to around the 1910-20's period.

Pair of Antique French Salon Armchairs

Good quality pair of antique French open arm salon chairs, with good crisp carvings & a nice warm colour. The walnut or mahogany (I'm not sure which) frames have a lovely shape & they have been re-upholstered in calico, with double piping. They are in good original condition & I would say they date from around the 1910-20's period. The seats are good height, so they could be used as carver chairs at the end of a dining table. These type of chairs are always very versatile, great in bedrooms, living rooms or anywhere in the home.
