Antique Regency Rosewood Brass Inlaid Round Dining Table

Antique Regency circular dining table in rosewood with brass inlay on the top & on the base. This piece is totally original & I would say it dates to around the 1810 period. Beneath the top is a well shaped central pedestal sitting on a tripod platform base. Below that are three carved claw feet in original parcel gilt sitting on casters. The circular top can be tilted or taken off for easy transportation. This table is wonderful quality & in lovely original condition. It has a good original colour too. It's almost too good to use as a dining table & would make an impressive centre table. The top is flat, no warps or splits. Please enlarge all the images.

Antique French Style Coffee Table

This coffee table is in lovely condition, with a gilt metal edge & shaped legs. On the top, it has a floral marquetry in the middle, with inlay & crossbanding on the edge. Apart from the marquetry & inlay, I would say that the rest of it is mahogany. This table is in excellent condition. It's mid-20th century & has been recently polished.

Antique French Style Inlaid Rosewood Nest of Tables

Very attractive nest of three tables in the antique French style. There are many different woods involved, like walnut, rosewood or Kingwood, mahogany, satinwood & many others possibly. Take a look at the beautiful floral marquetry in the middle of the tables. There are also, gilt metal mounts on the legs. This nest is good quality all around & is in good condition too. I would say it dates to around the 1930-50's period.

Antique Victorian Inlaid Rosewood Music Cabinet

This antique Victorian rosewood Music Cabinet is in lovely original condition. The wood is beautifully figured rosewood, with many various exotic woods inlaid into it, including some in the form of musical instruments. There are bevelled mirrored panels on the front which look original & casters under the feet that also look original. I believe this cabinet was originally used for sheet music, but it could have a variety of uses these days. I would say it dates from around the 1880-90 period.
