Beautiful pair of antique onyx stands, with gilt metal mounts. The square tops, spin around & can lift off. Perfect condition & very heavy. I would date these to around the 1900-1910 period.

Antique Colonial Campaign Chest
Original antique campaign chest of drawers in teak, with original brass handles & edges. On closer inspection, I've just noticed that the 4 bottom handles are very slightly different to the top ones, but they do all look original. As with all military chests, it splits in two sections, for easy transport. You can tell this is an original colonial chest, because of the original labels in the drawers, which actually say where it was made (see images). Also the underneath of the drawers are signed by the maker. I think the bun feet may have been replaced, but this is how I obtained it. It is structurally sound, with just minor dings here & there, consistent for it's age, which I would say is Mid- Victorian.
Pair of Antique Swedish Satinbirch Stools
Exquisite pair of antique Swedish stools. Lovely shape. The woodwork, which is in it's original condition, is Satinbirch & is slightly ebonised in places on the turned rails. These stools, must be at least 100 years old, possibly even older. They came from a private estate in Sweden. Once here, they were slightly polished & recovered. It is quite rare to find a pair of these.
Pair of Small Antique French Carved Walnut & Cane Chairs
Great quality pair of small, antique, carved walnut & cane, bergere chairs. Very unusual shape. I would say they are 19th century & probably French. The carving is exceptional, on both the front & back of the chairs. Good condition for their age. There are slight openings at the tops of the chairs, where the joins have opened up a bit, but they are not loose at all & there is no movement there. One could have them filled, but it is hardly noticable & personally I wouldn't touch them. They have just been recovered in a plain fabric.
