Very impressive antique Regency style mahogany display cabinet. This cabinet is wonderful quality & has many lovely features. It has a dental cornice with tear drop mouldings. Beneath this are two doors with beautiful astral glazing, behind which are two glass shelves. The back is lined with a kind of moray silk pale blue fabric, which is in fair condition, but there is some marking to it, mainly nearer the bottom, although it's not that noticeable in the images. However it would be easy to reline by taking the back panel out from the back. Just below the top cupboards is a pull out brushing slide with an original tooled leather insert. The bottom section is slightly deeper with two flame mahogany panelled doors & inside there is one shelf. There are bracket feet at the base. This display cabinet, which I would say dates to around the 1950's period, is in good original condition & it separates into two sections for easier transportation.
