Antique Edwardian mahogany armchair with satinwood inlay. It's in good sturdy condition, with a few markings, consistent for age. We have shown the worst of the old marks on the right arm in one of the images. This armchair is lovely quality & has just been recovered in a cream linen fabric.
Antique Victorian mahogany stepped commode, with a flame mahogany panel & leather inserts. Nice quality, with plenty of character & quite useful, unless you want it for it's original intent. It's structurally sound, with normal markings for the age, which I would put at 1860-1880.
This antique Georgian stye mahogany desk, is good quality with some nice features. The tooled leather top looks original & so are the brass handles. All the drawers have locks & there is a filing drawer bottom right. The pedestals are panelled on both sides & on the back. This is a good strong desk, with plenty of character & comes apart in three pieces for easy transport. There are a few wear marks to the polish, mainly on the left pedestal, from general usage & due to the age, which I would put at around the 1930's. We could take out most of those marks, if so required.
Very heavy solid well made antique trunk, with iron carrying handles & an unusual iron catch. This trunk is probably 150 years old & possibly a lot older. Take a good look at all the images to see all the nice features. I'm not sure what wood it is. My polisher said it was mahogany, but I'm not convinced. There are brass studs inset on the top & back, whilst inside are two small drawers & a lift up compartment. The whole piece is very distressed with lots of various knocks, indentations, etc, so please don't expect it to look new. It has load of character & originality. It is however, structurally sound.
