This stunning quality antique armchair is extremely comfortable too. I would say it dates to around the 1880-1890 period & is in great original condition. It still retains the original porcelain casters & the mahogany frame has a lovely colour, with good patina. It has been recovered in leather & has been hand coloured, with deep buttoning & hand tacking. It still has the original horse hair underneath in places.
